Migration note: GPU modules from V6 (A100, A40) are physically compatible with V7 PCIe slots, but verify power budget and cooling – the V7 chassis supports higher TDP per GPU slot. DDR4 DIMMs are not compatible with V7 (DDR5 only). iBMC firmware and management tooling should be upgraded to V7-compatible versions before migration.

Every G5500 V7 ships with: 4U chassis, GPU riser cages and power cables (quantity depends on GPU configuration), rack rails (adjustable 800mm-1200mm depth), cable management arm, 4x power cables (C19), front bezel, Quick Start Guide, and Safety & Regulatory documentation. GPUs, CPUs, memory, drives, and network adapters are installed per your configuration. Note: due to weight (up to 80kg fully loaded), a server lift or two-person handling is required for rack installation – plan your data center logistics accordingly.
