Company Overview
Beijing Xinchuan Technology Co., Ltd. is an independent B2B supplier and exporter of enterprise servers, storage and data-center hardware, founded in 2021 and headquartered at Aoyu Building, No. 12 Jinxing Road, Daxing District, Beijing 102600. Our team of around 20 people — pre-sales specialists, assembly and test engineers, procurement, export operations and after-sales support — forms one integrated chain from selection through delivery.
Our core team brings more than a decade of enterprise-server experience, spanning the IBM System x era and the x86 product line’s move from IBM to Lenovo, with hands-on selection, configuration and delivery across Dell, Lenovo, Inspur and Huawei/xFusion. Before Xinchuan, the team spent years in the domestic China market, supplying and integrating servers and storage for local resellers, system integrators and project customers. Xinchuan was established in Beijing in 2021 to bring this domestically proven capability to customers worldwide through export — with an end-to-end chain covering cross-border quoting, factory QA, export documentation and door-to-door logistics.

Authenticity & Documentation
Hardware authenticity
- New and professionally refurbished hardware — condition grade stated per unit on every quote, proforma invoice, contract and packing list, never refurbished sold as new, no brand substitution, no unauthorized model swaps
- Every unit’s Service Tag / serial number can be checked on the official Dell, Lenovo, xFusion, Inspur or Huawei website to verify model, factory configuration and warranty status
- Quotations and contracts list brand, model, component part numbers (PN) and quantity line by line; delivered goods match the agreed BOM
Testing & inspection
- Each build goes through assembly and burn-in testing for stability and performance, with a factory test report
- Before shipment we provide photos/videos of the finished unit, close-ups of the serial-number label and the packed cartons for your confirmation
- For large or tender orders, remote video inspection before payment is available, with serials and configuration verified unit by unit
- Pre-shipment inspection by the customer or a third party (e.g. SGS) can be arranged under the contract
Export documentation
- Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin provided as standard; other documents supported as required by L/C or contract terms
- Documents are consistent with the physical goods and contract, supporting smooth customs clearance and booking
After-sales & claims
- New hardware carries the warranty stated on the quotation; refurbished hardware carries a 12-month warranty provided by us; any DOA or configuration dispute is handled promptly under the contract, with replacement or exchange as agreed
- Custom/optional components carry our own warranty as specified
