The xFusion FusionServer 2288 V8 is the current-generation 2U two-socket rack server built on Intel Xeon 6 Scalable processors. It carries 32 DDR5 memory slots, support for four dual-width GPUs and three separate drive layouts, which makes it a general-purpose platform for AI inference, cloud, virtualization, HPC, VDI and big data workloads. Beijing Xinchuan Technology supplies the 2288 V8 as a configured-to-order system with global shipping.
The platform is designed around three practical requirements: sustained compute per rack unit, expansion headroom that does not force a chassis change later, and power efficiency that holds up under mixed load. Two Xeon 6 processors at up to 350 W each feed 32 DDR5 channels, and the rear panel carries ten standard PCIe 5.0 slots plus two OCP 3.0 bays, so network cards, RAID controllers and GPU risers can be added without giving up drive bays.
