Your servers have 25GbE NICs. Your core switch has 100GbE ports. The access switch between them — the one your servers actually plug into — is a 10GbE model from 2019. Your 25GbE NICs are negotiating down to 10GbE. The HPE Aruba 6300M is the access switch that fixes this: 24 ports of 25GbE SFP28 (or 10GbE/1GbE via SFP+ optics), 4 built-in 100GbE uplink ports, and ArubaOS-CX with AOS-CX NetEdit for API-driven automation.
